Prior to his current roles as Editor in Chief, CEO and Executive producer, M. Zaid is a seasoned trainer and has trained 250+ journalists on journalistic standards and approaches, developed and designed methodologies for journalistic training particularly in sensitive and conflict prone areas.
Additionally, M. Zaid supervised various and diverse award-winning journalists’ investigative articles and stories. Before ascending to Editor in Chief, his career started as a newsroom and field journalist in several Middle Eastern and North African countries, including but not limited to Syria, Morocco, Norway, and the USA.
